Eligibility Criteria for FSSAI Internship 2023
1. Food Satety & Standurds Authority of India (FSSA) is statutory body establishedunder the Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006 under the aegis of Ministry of Ilealth & FamilyWelfare, Government of India.
It is the apex body responsible for ensuring food safety andcompliance to food standards across the country.
FSSAI internship program will provideInterns with unique learning opportunities in various areas of food regulation of food safety administration. Dated 13 June, 2023
Note:
Students only pursuing a full time Graduate-Post (iraduate Degree higher degree froma Rccognizcd Institute within India’ abroad, in any of the following:
(a) Pursuing Post (iraduate Degrcc’B.Tech-BE from a rccognizcd University orInstitution in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Food Technology or Food Science &Technology or Food & Nutrition or Edible Oil Technology or Microbiology or DairyTechnology or Agricultural or horticultural Sciences or Industrial Microbiology orToxicology or Public Health or Life Science or Biotechnology or Fruit & VegetableTechnology or Food Safety & Quality Assurance.
(b) Business Administration & Management including policy regulation and relatedficlds.- Only at FSSAI(HQ)
(c) PG Diploma·Degree in, Jourmalisn, Mass Communication and Public Relations.
(d) B.E. B. Tech (Only 3rd and 4 Year students not for 2nd or | Ycar) in ComputerScience’Infornation Tcchnology Soflware Engincering or related Strcam.
(e) Post Graduate Degree Diploma in Public Policy Public Administration, – Only for FSSAI (HỌ).
(f)Bachelor:Master of Law.- Only lor FSSAI(HQ)

(i). All thc students who have completcd their abovcmentioncd courses nccd not to apply.

Working Space:
Interns would be required to have their own laptops.
FSSAI shall provide workingspace, internet facility and other necessities but shall not cover local lodging and travelfacilities.
FSSAI will not bear the expenses of any Boarding.
Application Process Of FSSAI Intership 2023
(a) Interested and eligible students can apply online the specified format as perthe timelines provided by FSSAI.
Applicants, who have applied for internship forprevious months, need to apply afresh.
(b) The shortlisted candidates may be required to submit a short writeup/presentation for final selection.
(c) The final list of selected candidates along with their date of joining and Internship tenure would be declared online on FSSAl website by the respective office where they have opted for internship.
Assignments:
Interns would be attached to one of the several Divisions at FSSAI (HQ)/ROs/Labsdepending on the academic and technical training and assigned project(s) related to differentaspects of Food and Nutrition Management Processes.
Stipend Of Fssai Internship 2023
A stipend of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) for the internship period will be givento the deserving Interns on the recommendation of the Office/Division that they areattached with by the respective FSSAI (HỌRegional Offices/Laboratories.
The criteria for deserving interns will be decided based on their (a) attendance, (b)assessment by their respective reporting officers; and (c) evaluation of the report by the Committee
Certificate of Fssai Internship 2023
All the interns will be awarded a certificate by Human Resource Division, FSSAI (HQ) onsuccessful completion of the internship i.e. on submission, review of final report/presentationand recommendation by the Project Evaluation Committee.
