We’re Hiring: FSQ Executive | General Mills India – Nashik, Maharashtra
At General Mills, we’re on a mission to make food the world loves — and we’re looking for a Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) Executive who’s passionate about excellence, driven by purpose, and ready to play a key role in our Nashik plant operations.
As an FSQ Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of product quality, regulatory compliance, food safety, and continuous improvement, working closely with our platform teams and leading FSQ technicians across shifts (A, B & C).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FSQ operations during manufacturing shifts.
- Ensure quality systems meet regulatory and corporate standards (GMP, HACCP, FSMA, FSSC).
- Support new product trials, reformulations, and quality improvement projects.
- Manage non-conforming products, root cause analysis, and risk assessments.
- Deliver training on food safety, sanitation, and quality systems.
- Own quality data interpretation, process audits, and platform communication.
- Drive a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
FSQ Executive | General Mills
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s in Food Technology, Food Science, or Chemical Engineering.
- 5+ years of FSQ experience in a food manufacturing setup.
- Strong understanding of food safety systems, process control, and sensory evaluation.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and provide weekend/on-call support.
- A strong communicator, problem-solver, and team player with a growth mindset.
