What You’ll Do:
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, BRC, HALAL, and GMP standards
- Maintain hygiene, traceability & production records
- Lead audits, supplier approvals & quality systems
- Optimize recipes for quality, cost & safety
- Train teams in food safety and best practices
Who We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Food Tech / Food Science
- 1+ years in food manufacturing (freshers welcome with strong basics)
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP & ISO
- Good with documentation, audits & compliance
- Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets
- Based in or willing to relocate to Panipat
