We’re looking for a Food Technologist who loves experimenting, innovating, and turning concepts into delicious reality — especially for children aged 3–12 years.
What You’ll Do
• Create tasty, nutritious, and kid-friendly snack products (bars, chips, crackers, and more!)
• Ensure manufacturing feasibility and scalability from kitchen to shelf
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including food technicians & process technologists
• Stay ahead of market trends to inspire product innovation
• Ensure all creations meet FSSAI
• Lead sensory panels and integrate consumer feedback
• Use innovative ingredients & packaging for sustainability and appeal
Food Technologist – New Product Development (FMCG)
Who You Are
• Degree or PhD in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or related field
• Hands-on experience in food product development (especially FMCG)
• Deep understanding of ingredients, nutrition, and safety compliance
• Creative thinker with a love for food innovation
• Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate
Compensation: As per industry standards (negotiable)
