About the Role:
Food Technologist job in Pune Ferrero Company.
The purpose of th is position is to Partner with IT Functions and would be responsible for Deployment and support of IT Applications along with Project Management. The individual in this position will leverage various sales technology and RTM knowledge along with Ferrero business processes to drive best practices and support existing stakeholders (Distributors, Distributor officer and Sales and Commercial Team) that will help Sales Growth for Ferrero India. Ensure application master data support to business and managing JEET master data team.

Main Responsibilities:
End to End Ownership of Sales Automation Initiatives
- Help & Support Sales Team on Pre-Rollout Planning of DMS & SFA
- Responsible for managing DMS master data team
- Execute Salesforce Automation process for India business
- DMS Rollouts as per business requirements
- Proposing Simplified and Adaptable Solutions while understanding business priorities
DMS MDM Team Management :
- Ensuring Seamless operations of DMS MDM team for support of Sales Automation Initiatives
- Ensuring required support are adhered and business continuity is maintained
- New Rollouts are completed in defined project timelines and are carried out effectively
Who we are looking for:
EDUCATION
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree mandatory, will prefer Information systems, Computer Science, Engineering
- Master’s degree in Management would be given advantage
EXPERIENCE
- Overall 5+ years of experience
- Minimum 4+ years involved in DMS & Sales Automation initiatives
- Understanding of sales systems and processes of FMCG industry
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Should have worked in a technology enabled sales environment
- Good Knowledge on Distributor Models in India
- DMS and SFA knowledge will be an added advantage
