We are looking for a skilled and experienced Food Technologist to join our team in Dubai. If you have a passion for food science and innovation, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine processes to ensure consistency and safety in food production.
Generate new product ideas and recipes, as well as modify and improve existing ones.
Develop processes and equipment to scale up production of recipes.
Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene and safety standards.
Identify and select products from suppliers.
Monitor additive use in product development.
Test and examine samples for quality assurance.
Calculate product costs based on raw materials and manufacturing expenses to ensure profitability.
Review suppliers and manage internal audits as needed.
Ensure food handling areas comply with government regulations and sanitation standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2-4 years of practical industry experience.
High technical aptitude.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Growth mindset, attention to detail, and excellent work ethic.
Non-smoker.
