We’re hiring a Food Tech Intern at Licious, Bengaluru!
Are you passionate about food innovation and ready to dive into the world of new product development? Join our Culinary R&D team and gain hands-on experience working on:
• New product ideation and recipe development
• Scaling up recipes and process designing
• Physicochemical and microbial analysis
• Sensory evaluation and documentation
• Working with recipe management software
• Understanding FSSAI regulations and shelf life studies
• Vendor coordination for ingredients, machinery, and lab services
Who we’re looking for:
Students or recent grads with a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Science or Food Processing Technology — preferably with some industry experience.
What you’ll need:
• Basic MS Office & Google Sheets skills
• Knowledge of FSSAI, sensory science, and food regulations
• Eagerness to learn and explore new tech/tools
• Willingness to travel (~20%) to Licious/OEM sites
Duration: 4–6 months
