Qualifications Required:
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years
Gender: - Open to both Male & Female candidates
Salary: - ₹25,000 Net + Perks (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day production activities ensuring timely and efficient operations
- Monitor and maintain product quality standards as per food safety regulations
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for hygiene, safety, and compliance checks
- Supervise the production staff and provide on-ground support
- Maintain production records and ensure optimal resource utilization
- Troubleshoot any production-related issues and implement process improvements
