FOOD SAFETY OFFICER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor and maintain food safety systems and records, including HACCP, GMP & GHP.
• Conduct regular inspections of food processing and storage areas.
• Train and guide staff on food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely documentation and reporting.
FOOD SAFETY OFFICER|DADIJI’S SNACKS
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field (preferred).
Valid FSSAI Food Safety Supervisor (FoSTaC) Certificate
1–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the food industry.
Good knowledge of FSSAI regulations, food safety standards, and quality systems.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
