Experience: Minimum 4 years in the food industry
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
Implement and maintain food safety and quality management systems (HACCP, ISO, etc.).
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure proper hygiene and safety practices.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure safety protocols are followed.
Train staff on food safety and hygiene practices.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Investigate and report on any food safety issues or incidents.
