If you have a Master’s degree in Biotechnology or Microbiology along with at least 2 years of experience, we want to hear from you!

Primary Job Role:

Development of a novel purification method for small molecules of interest.
Utilization of Design of Experiment (DoE) to screen purification conditions and optimize the process.
Execution of activities for process monitoring and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

Design and conduct experiments to evaluate and improve downstream processing techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of purification processes.
Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and observations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to downstream processing.
Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate innovative techniques into process development.
Assist in the scale-up of processes from lab to pilot plant and production scale.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in downstream processing and protein purification techniques.
Knowledge of affinity chromatography and related chromatographic techniques.
Ability to conduct risk assessments and provide process expertise in problem resolution.
Implementation of continuous process improvement initiatives.
Identification of root causes of process variation to enhance efficiency.
