Goeld Frozen Food is seeking an Assistant Manager – QCQA in Raipur. Professionals with B. Sc/ M. Sc degree in Food Tech along with 6-8 years of experience are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality control and quality assurance activities in the production process.
- Implement and maintain quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure product safety and integrity through effective quality control measures.
