Position: Factory Manager
Industry: Cold-Pressed Juices & Fresh-Cut Fruits & Vegetables
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Department: Plant Operations
Reports To: Head of Product
Experience:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage end-to-end factory operations
• Ensure food safety, quality, GMP & hygiene compliance
• Plan and supervise daily production
• Manage manpower, shifts & employee training
• Monitor inventory, cold chain & machine uptime
• Control wastage and improve productivity
• Handle deviations, customer complaints, RCA & CAPA
• Ensure statutory & regulatory compliance
• Maintain audit-ready operations
FACTORY MANAGER|TAKSFS
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years of experience in food processing/FMCG factory management
• B.Tech / B.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science or related field
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Knowledge of FSSC 22000, FSSAI, HACCP & ISO systems
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Comfortable with early-morning operations
• Working proficiency in English and/or Hindi
• Telugu (Spoken & Written) – Mandatory
