Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily operational activities on the assigned production line/area while working hands-on with the team
• Coordinate workflow, priorities, and task execution
• Support finished-goods movement and distribution activities
• Maintain production, inventory, and distribution records
• Monitor shipping/distribution systems and resolve or escalate issues
• Coordinate outbound loads and appointments
• Support partners with system, process, and workload-related issues
• Coordinate with production scheduling, distribution centers, and other functions
• Perform and verify PCP & CCP checks
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, quality standards, and SOPs

Ideal Candidate
Strong understanding of plant/line operations and distribution processes
Experience with shipping, scheduling, inventory, or system-based workflows
Ability to coordinate and lead activities without formal people-management responsibility
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
High attention to detail with a strong focus on safety, quality, and food safety
