We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Factory Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive excellence in production, quality, and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan and execute production to meet targets
• Improve efficiency and yield while reducing wastage
• Ensure product quality and food safety compliance — FSSAI, ISO 22000 & HACCP
• Manage manpower, machinery, and resources effectively
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance & Supply Chain teams
• Maintain MIS and review production performance
• Drive process improvement and machine optimization

REQUIREMENTS
• BE / B.Tech / B.Sc
• 10–15 years of experience in food manufacturing
• Experience in ethnic/traditional food products preferred
• Hands-on leader with strong shop-floor presence
