We are hiring a Factory Manager for JK Masale.
Experience: Minimum 8 years
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹65,000 in hand
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily factory operations to ensure smooth production processes.
- Manage and lead factory staff, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Implement cost control measures and monitor budget performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management.
