Position: Deputy Manager/Manager – Packaging Expert
Department: Packaging Quality and Development
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years in development, quality control, and quality assurance for packaging.
- At least 4 years in a management role.
- Mandatory 2 years of experience in Food Packaging.
Location:
Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Role Profile:
- Develop packaging materials aligned with sales and marketing requirements.
- Innovate solutions for food packaging to enhance product quality and shelf life.
- Vendor development and improvement initiatives.
- Conduct vendor assessments and audits.
Skill Set Preference:
In-depth knowledge of various packaging types, QMS implementation, data analysis, team training/coaching, and auditing.
Qualification:
Full-time course from a reputed institution or IP-associated stream for packaging.
Salary:
As per industry norms.
