Established in 2008, Excel Foods is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization specializing in the production and distribution of various types of noodles, including Yummy, Keekoo, and Goalzy, with a wide range of variants.

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team for the following positions:

1. Assistant Manager Production

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Noodle Industry
• Salary: Negotiable
• Qualification: B.Tech/ M.Tech in Food Technology
• Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with the production team to optimize processes and minimize waste.
  • Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
  • Supervise and train production staff to maintain high levels of productivity.

1. Assistant Manager Maintenance

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Noodle Industry
• Salary: Negotiable
• Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and regulations.
  • Supervise maintenance technicians and provide technical guidance as needed.

1. Quality Shift Incharge

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Noodle Industry
• Salary: Negotiable
• Qualification: B.Tech in Food Technology
• Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality inspections and audits during production shifts.
  • Monitor adherence to quality control procedures and standards.
  • Investigate and address any quality-related issues or complaints.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to implement corrective actions.

1. Operational Excellence Lead

• Experience: 1-2 years
• Salary: 25k to 30k

• Qualification: B.E. /B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with Six Sigma
• Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement operational excellence initiatives.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Train and mentor team members on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

1. Mechanical Foreman

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Noodle Industry
• Salary: Negotiable
• Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Responsibilities:
  • Supervise maintenance and repair activities for mechanical equipment.
  • Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize disruptions to production.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians.
