Available Positions and Responsibilities:

GM F&B Operations:

Oversee the overall operations of the F&B department.

Develop and implement strategies to improve service standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage budgets and financial plans.

Executive Chef:

Lead the culinary team to create high-quality dishes.
Design innovative menus to attract and retain customers.

Maintain inventory and order supplies.
Ensure food quality and presentation meet the company’s standards.

Sous Chef:

Assist the Executive Chef in kitchen operations.
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor food preparation and cooking processes.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.

Jr. Sous Chef:

Support the Sous Chef in daily kitchen activities.
Help prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Assist in training junior kitchen staff.

Manager F&B Operations:

Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
