A leading Biscuit Manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Quality Control In-charge to join their team in Ajmer, Rajasthan.
Experience: 15+ Years
CTC: ₹7.5 – ₹8.5 LPA
Industry Preference: Biscuit Manufacturing / FMCG Food Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities: Lead overall quality control activities across the plant
Ensure implementation of HACCP, ISO, GMP & GHP standards
Manage internal and external audits
Maintain quality documentation and reports
Monitor raw material, in-process, and finished product quality
Drive CAPA implementation and quality compliance
Supervise QC teams, inspections, testing, and hygiene practices
Analyze quality reports and recommend improvements
Required Skills: Strong knowledge of HACCP and ISO systems
Expertise in food quality operations and audit management
Documentation and compliance experience
Team leadership and coordination skills
Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field
Location: Ajmer, Rajasthan
