Position: Quality Assurance Executive/Senior Executive
Location: Kathua, Jammu & Kashmir
Industry Preference: Ice Cream and Dairy
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry, Dairy Science, or Food Science
- Experience: 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, preferably within the ice cream or dairy industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and safety
- Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to address quality issues
- Maintain documentation of quality control procedures and inspections
- Train and supervise quality assurance staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
