👥 We Are Hiring – Executive- Quality Assurance
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely resolution of all quality-related issues received from the market or customers.
- Gather feedback from the consumer trial team through sensory analysis, adapting products to meet target consumer requirements.
- Develop internal and external audit systems for process and hygiene improvement in the plant.
- Maintain records of product batch numbers, code, and conduct physical & chemical analysis of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods as per Bikanervala specifications.
- Monitor and control customer complaints, online manufacturing processes, reduce foreign body complaints, leakages, and online product rejection rates.
Location: Greater Noida Plant
