Position Store Manager Position (Offline Store)

Qualifications: Graduation/Post-Graduation in any discipline with 4 to 6 years of relevant store operations experience.

Location: Bangalore – JP Nagar

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end store operations: receiving, inventory, outbound, and returns.

• Manage a team of 15-20 staff: delegate, train, monitor, and mentor.
• Ensure superior customer service and experience.
• Adhere to SOP, checklists, and defined processes.
• Maintain quality standards as per company-defined norms.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (MIS, write-off, cycle count).

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of inventory management in F&V/FMCG.
• 1-2 years experience in managing a store in modern retail (ASM/SM/Team lead).

• Experience managing a team of at least 10 store employees.
• Good communication skills (English, Kannada, Hindi).
• Minimum 1 year as Store Manager/Asst. Store Manager in F&V/FMCG/Grocery.
