Job Description:

Oversee and lead meat production processes for seamless and efficient operations.

Strict adherence to safety standards and established procedures for a safe and hygienic work environment.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for seamless coordination and goal achievement.
Promptly identify and resolve maintenance challenges to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance overall productivity.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or a related field.
Proven track record of success in a meat processing facility for at least 4-5 years.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Strong leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage and motivate a team-based environment.

Additional Skills:

Familiarity with HACCP, SSOP, and GMPs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain food safety.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively address challenges and foster collaboration.
A continuous improvement mindset to drive operational efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
