Required Education & Experience:

• Any graduation with 3-5 years of relevant experience in B2C F&V (Fruits and Vegetables)

Preferred Candidate:

• B.Sc in Agriculture, F&V

Job Description:

1. Handle both backend and frontend operations.
2. Assortment planning.
3. Maintain DC fill rate.
4. Analyze and control out-of-stock situations.
5. Manage product life cycle, growth/de-growth.
6. Control write-offs.
7. Create purchase orders and manage new vendors.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
2. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
3. Monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth supply chain process.

6. Conduct regular audits to ensure product quality and vendor reliability.
7. Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.
