We’re looking for an Assistant Manager – Quality Control to join our team and ensure the highest quality standards across raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily QC testing (chemical & microbiological)
- Ensure CoA preparation, accuracy, and release
- Oversee method validation, equipment calibration
- Ensure SOP, GDP & GLP compliance
- Manage & train QC team members
- Drive process improvements & lab safety
Requirements:
- M.Pharm / M.Sc in Chemistry or related field
- 8–10 years of QC experience in Pharma, FMCG (non-food), or Beauty & Personal Care
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, documentation & team management
