Join our Research & Development team at Schreiber Foods and play a key role in developing innovative dairy products! We’re looking for a Sr. Associate – NPD to lead product development projects, from lab to large-scale production, ensuring they’re delivered on-time, on-budget, and on-target.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage NPD projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Develop and test prototypes; conduct sensory, analytical and market benchmarking
- Lead scale-up trials, support QA & production during start-ups
- Maintain accurate R&D inventories and ensure 5S readiness
- Ensure food safety, develop HACCP plans, and uphold safety standards
- Maintain complete documentation and analytical methods
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Dairy Technology or Dairy Chemistry
- 3–6 years in product development or R&D
- Strong understanding of Natural & Processed Cheese tech
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and quality systems
- Analytical mindset with willingness to travel (up to 10%)
