Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager – Production (Seasoning Factory)
Jubilant FoodWorks is hiring an Assistant Manager – Production for our seasoning factory located at the Bangalore Food Park in Dodballapura. We are looking for candidates with 7-10 years of experience in production and manufacturing, with 3-5 years of experience specifically in seasoning production or packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth operations in the seasoning factory.
- Manage and lead a team to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards during production.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency and resolve any operational issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for seamless material management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational excellence and adherence to company policies.
