We Are Hiring: Product Development Officer for Cheese Category (R&D)
We are looking for a Product Development Officer for our Cheese Category in R&D. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about dairy science and technology.
Key Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Tech in Dairy Science / Technology (2014-2018 batch)
- Experience: Knowledge of Natural Cheese & Processed Cheeses is essential. You will work hands-on with ingredients to develop recipes under the guidance of the manager.
- Skills: A strong understanding of scale-up processes, execution, and dairy ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the R&D team to develop new cheese recipes and formulations.
- Conduct experiments and trials to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Manage the scale-up process from laboratory to production scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance, to ensure smooth product development and launch.
- Ensure all products meet regulatory standards and customer requirements.
- Provide technical support to the production team, ensuring efficient and safe execution of processes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations in cheese development.
