Key Roles and Responsbility:
A shift production officer is responsible for overseeing the production process of a manufacturing facility during a designated shift. The major responsibilities of a shift production officer will be
Production Planning: The shift production officer is responsible for planning the production schedule for the shift, ensuring that production targets are met, and that the production process is efficient and effective.
Supervising Staff: The shift production officer supervises staff during the shift, ensuring that all employees are trained properly, following procedures, and performing their duties to the best of their ability.
Quality Control: The shift production officer is responsible for ensuring that the final product meets quality standards and specifications.
Monitoring Production: The shift production officer monitors the production process, ensuring that equipment is in good working order, and that proper maintenance is conducted to minimize downtime.
Record Keeping: The shift production officer is responsible for maintaining accurate records of production, employee hours, and any incidents or accidents that may occur during their shift.
Troubleshooting: In the event of any problems during the shift, the shift production officer must quickly troubleshoot and identify the issue, finding a solution to ensure production continues smoothly.
Safety: The shift production officer is responsible for ensuring that all employees follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
Communication: The shift production officer communicates with other departments and management to ensure that the facility is operating smoothly and efficiently.
Experience :
3- 5 years in Ice Cream / Shrikhand / Paneer / Cheese Operations
Qualification :
B.Tech / BE ( Dairy Technology or Food Technology)
Location : PAN INDIA
