ZOMATO Hyperpure Pvt. Ltd. is excited to announce openings for Production Executives in the following departments:
- Executive – Forming/Breading Line (Frozen RTE Nonveg)
- Executive – Bakery Line (Breads, Buns & Pastry)
- Executive – Cut Fruits & Vegetables
Responsibilities:
Executive – Forming/Breading Line (Frozen RTE Nonveg)
- Oversee the production process of ready-to-eat non-vegetarian products.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to food safety standards.
- Manage the forming and breading operations efficiently.
- Coordinate with the quality assurance team to maintain product quality.
Executive – Bakery Line (Breads, Buns & Pastry)
- Supervise the production of bakery products including breads, buns, and pastries.
- Monitor baking processes and ensure consistent product quality.
- Implement and maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Work closely with the supply chain to manage raw material inventory.
Executive – Cut Fruits & Vegetables
- Manage the processing of fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all cutting equipment.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure a steady supply of fresh produce.
- Implement processes to minimize waste and enhance product shelf life.
Minimum Experience Required:
2+ years in relevant industry (RTE Nonveg/Bakery/Fruits & Vegetables).
Salary:
