- Corporate Catering / Fresh Food Procurement Manager
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Location: Hyderabad, Pune, and Mumbai
- Requirements: Candidates must have experience in corporate catering and fresh food procurement.
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee the procurement of fresh food items for corporate catering services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of food products.
- Manage inventory levels to meet demand and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to create menu offerings that meet client requirements.
- Monitor budgetary constraints and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
- City Cluster Chefs
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Specialization: Indian curry background
- Location: Hyderabad, Pune, and Mumbai
- Requirements: Bulk cooking experience is m andatory for this role.
- Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute bulk cooking operations for multiple locations within the designated city clusters.
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food production.
- Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and portion sizes across all dishes.
- Implement food safety and sanitation standards to comply with regulations.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source quality ingredients at competitive prices.
- Adapt recipes and menus to cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
