Position: Food Analyst
Experience: 2-4 Years

Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry)
Industry: Food Testing Laboratory
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze all Food & Agri samples using HPLC as per IS, AOAC, FSSAI, SOP, and customer-supplied methods.
- Calibrate and perform intermediate checks for all major and minor laboratory instruments such as HPLC, PH meter, micropipette, sonicator, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Sample Analysis:
- Analyze all food & agriculture samples using GC and UV-Visible spectrophotometer as per IS, AOAC, FSSAI, and customer-supplied methods.
- Method Development and Validation:
- Develop, validate, and verify methods as required using HPLC & GC.
- Evaluation and Calibration :
- Perform evaluation of critical consumables identified by the department.
- Calibrate glassware as and when required.
