Vacancy for Sales Representatives
Location: Jintur, Nilanga, Hingoli, Vasmat, Kej, Ambejogai, Bhoom, Washi
Position: Sales Representative (15 vacancies)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key customers in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Monitor market trends and competi tor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper visibility and availability of products.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding market conditions, product performance, and customer feedback.
- Implement promotional strategies to increase product awareness and drive sales growth.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and maintain accurate records.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a resident of the specified location and familiar with the local language.
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate.
- 2-7 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Good knowledge of the territory and strong market contacts.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets (Primary and Secondary sales).
