Any south Indian one or two languages must be known which will help to interaction with others in plant team
Good communication and good interpersonal skills is required
RND and NPD in any food industry with little experience in baking industry will only preferred .
Excellent computer skills are require
Coordination with HOD for all activities pertaining to R&Dlab be it
Development equipment.documentation expansion planning etc
