Exciting Opportunity at one of the leading Manufacturing Companies for a “Quality Control Specialist.”
π Shift-Based Position
Requirements:
π Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Food Science, Meat Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related discipline)
π Minimum one year of experience in the food industry
π½οΈ Knowledge of Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, 22000, IFS, BRC
Responsibilities:
π Review tests and analyses
π Ensure product quality meets specifications
π
Conduct taste panels for key accounts and communicate reports
π§ͺ Prepare samples for visits, marketing, and potential customers
π Handle Key Accounts Requests
π Deliver refresher food safety and GMP training for employees
π₯ Accompany customers and 3rd party auditors on field audits, inspections, and quality monitoring
π€ Attend annual customer meetings, industry events, and continuing education classes
π Location: 10th of Ramadan
