Position: Production Manager

Qualifications:

B. Tech/BE in Mechanical/Food/Production Engineering.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Production, specifically within the Food/Snacks Industry.
Strong organizational and managerial skills.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.

Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and production targets.
Moni tor production processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize workflow and reduce costs.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality control, and maintenance to ensure smooth production operations.
Train and supervise production staff to maintain a high level of productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to uphold product quality and consistency.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Maintain production records and prepare reports on production performance and efficiency.
