Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Production Management:
  • Supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production while maintaining quality standards.
  • Implement best practices to optimize production processes, minimize waste, and enhance productivity.
  • Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and raw material availability to meet market demands.
  1. Quality Control:
  • Establish and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality noodles.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.
  • Address quality issues promptly and apply corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Lead, motivate, and nurture a skilled team of production staff, supervisors, and technicians.
  • Cultivate a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the plant.
  • Provide coaching and training to develop the workforce’s skills and knowledge.
  1. Safety and Compliance:
  • Enforce safety protocols, ensuring a secure working environment for all employees.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Implement and oversee health and safety training programs for plant staff.
  1. Cost Management:
  • Develop and manage budgets for the manufacturing department, effectively controlling costs.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality or safety.
  • Evaluate supplier contracts and negotiate favorable terms to optimize procurement costs.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to boost overall plant performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements, integrating relevant innovations into the manufacturing process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or Food Technology.
  • Proven leadership experience (minimum 5 years) in noodles or related food manufacturing environments.
  • Profound understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety, regulatory, and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
