Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support the onboarding process for new hires including documentation and orientation
• Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support in drafting HR policies and procedures
• Assist with employee relations activities and events
• Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives
Description:
