Experience :-
Should have 5+ Years of experlence In Food Processing
Should have excellent knowledge of FSSC
Should effectively Implement, monitor and document SOPs for entire production
Should be a quick problem solver
Should handle Internal staff disputes and resolve them quickly without affecting the production
Should posses leadership skils and passion to drlve the team forward
