Position : ERP Implementation Executive

Qualification : B.Sc./BE/B.Tech/MCA in IT field

Experience : 5-15 years experience

Location : Saharanpur

Roles and Responsibilities :
Working experience in ERP implementation would be preferable, provide training, prepare user guide, end user support and reports customization

Able to convert Business Process Requirement into ERP System Requirement

Good hands on Database knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle would be desirable

Data configuration and updating in ERP system from back end/front end

Troubleshooting and maintenance of ERP system

Desired Candidate Profile Plan, strategizing and document ERP processes.

Identify and resolve operational issues.

Managing a work within tight timelines.

Maintenance of ERP Software/Applications by providing Support
Efficiently Plan, organize, control, and evaluate Dept. operations.

Ensuring Master data Security of ERP/Applications thru monitoring regular backup of Software applicati ons via IT dept.

Identify problematic areas and implement solutions in time.

Maintaining of Internet Lease Line and MPLS connectivity

Maintaining of Antivirus Server

Maintaining of Firewall

Knowledge of business process and industry experience would be preferable

Oral and Written Communication skill on Hindi and English

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint is essential
