Position: Export Manager-Operations

Salary : will be based on experience and interview performance.

Will be responsible for smooth operation, handling customer issues and concerns.

Explore new business related to export for the company.

Designing and implementing all export strategies.

Supervising the work of sales staff

Preparing an effective business plan for all projects to achieve the desired target.

Monitoring all sales transactions and reviewing all customer response for all orders and payments.

Resolving the queries of customers related to exports and expenses.

Identifying new markets and finding ways to promote in the market.

Consultation of the clients regarding insurances, duties and taxes.

Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations.

Search for possibilities to reduce taxes.

Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization’s sales
activities.

Assessment of new marketing and sales opportunities as well as presentation of those
estimations to the respective managements.

Desired Candidate Profile :
Candidate should have good knowledge and experience of the export business.

Person must be from Food industry background will be given first preference.

Should have at least 8-10 years’ work experience and out of that at least 2 years of
team handling experience.

Should have good knowledge of MS office.

Age should not be more than 40 years.

Should be a graduate or have equivalent degree.

Should be good in English communication and mail writing.

The position will be based at our Hyderabad factory.

Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies

Well-developed communicational skills and a customer orientation
