Position Summary:
Role: Customer Service Officer
Function: Replenishment
Location: Corporate Office, Bangalore
Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to support our Replenishment team by conducting data analysis and driving warehousing excellence initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient warehouse management and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Warehouse Management: Monitor and manage daily MIS related to CRS, PDP, CFR/LFR compliance.
- Optimize Operational Efficiencies: Monitor warehouse overheads, secondary utilization, and operational efficiencies for high throughput and rapid truck turnaround.
- Minimize Obsolescence: Monitor depot obsolescence and facilitate action to prevent finished goods write-offs.
- Ensure Compliance and Hygiene: Execute Depot SOPs, statutory compliance, timely audits, and uphold hygiene and safety standards across warehouses.
- Drive Best Practices: Implement and monitor warehouse best practices, CAPEX, and central procurements.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams such as Demand Planning, Logistics, and Sales, as well as external stakeholders including C&F, Transporters, and Vendors.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation/Post Graduation in Management (preferred)
- Experience: 3-5 years in Logistics Management & Customer Service
