Work Responsibilities:

Manage the NPD kitchen ensuring excellent standards are always maintained.

Creative development results in the launch ofnew products in both current and new categories.

Support the team to meet & exceed customerexpectations.

Packaging & new raw material development inline with NPD Brief.

Participate in tastings to provide the team withtrained culinary feedback & thought suggestions forimprovements where needed.

Support the teams with repeat sampling whenrequired.

Completion of accurate recipe sheets.

Cook up & present products, accurately, and persuasively at customer presentations & submissions.

Understanding of operational capabilities.

Understands the wants and needs of bothinternal and external customers to keep us ahead ofour competition.

Expert food trend knowledge including trackingfood news/ product reviews.

Able to forecast potential trends that will emergeand draws insights for our business.

Vacancy for Any Graduate : Mahila Milk Producer

Attendance at selective food exhibitions/ shows/seminars and summarization of interestingingredients/ trends/ products found that could be ofuse acros the business.

Share inspiration & findings with key customers.

Working on company briefs to deliver innovativesolutions to stretch our categories.
