1. Quality Executive – CSD Line/Hot Fill Line (5 positions)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the production process.
- Conduct thorough inspections and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to maintain quality procedures.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for enhancement and efficiency.
2. Blow Molding Operator (5 positions)
Responsibilities:
- Operate and oversee blow molding equipment efficiently.
- Monitor production output and address any operational issues promptly.
- Ensure proper setup and calibration of machinery for optimal performance.
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
3. Palletizer Operator (4 positions)
Responsibilities:
- Operate palletizing machinery to stack and arrange finished products accurately.
- Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct routine maintenance on palletizing equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.
4. Shrink Wrap Operator (2 positions)
Responsibilities:
- Utilize shrink wrapping machinery to package products effectively.
- Inspect packaged items for quality and precision.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Manage inventory of packaging materials efficiently.
