About the Role

As a Unit Head, you will oversee operations at our Guwahati dairy unit, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the dairy unit, including processing over 1 lakh liters of milk.

Lead and mentor a diverse team to achieve operational goals.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality regulations.

Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.

Implement safety and hygiene protocols throughout the facility.

Educational Qualification

Degree in Dairy Technology from a reputed institution

Experience

Proven track record of managing a dairy unit processing over 1 lakh liters of milk daily

Strong team leadership skills with a focus on efficiency and quality compliance
