As a Trainee in Food Production at Fibro Foods, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of production plans and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in Hindi and English.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production plans for effective resource utilization.
Ensure all production processes align with the planned schedule.
Plan materials such as raw ingredients and packaging based on demand forecasts.
Maintain food safety and quality standards throughout production.
Ensure timely delivery of safe and high-quality products to customers.
Prepare production according to recipes and Bills of Materials (BOM).
Record and track production details, including POs, Indents, produced quantity, and wastages.
Manage finished goods inventory, maintain warehouse hygiene, and regulate stock movement.
Adhere to food safety guidelines and promote food hygiene practices within the company.
Collaborate effectively with the team to meet company objectives.
Key Requirements:
Must Have:
Degree in Food Technology (B.Tech).
Fluency in Hindi & English.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Analytical mindset, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of food production processes is a plus.
An open and objective approach to problem-solving.
Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
