Job Summary
As a Trainee Executive – Production, you will support accurate compounding, safe operations, and quality-driven production processes while working in a collaborative, solution-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurate weighing, blending, and recording of raw materials
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per GMP & HACCP standards
• Operate production equipment (mixers, pumps, fillers)
• Handle material movement (25 kg bags, 200 kg drums)
• SAP-based documentation for batches and shop-floor records
• Support inventory control and production efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
• BE/B.Tech (Science) or Diploma in Chemical Engineering
• Basic SAP knowledge & Excel skills
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP & safety protocols
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and result orientation
• Ability to work independently and in shifts
