Experience: 2-6 years in Spices/Food industry
Job Description:
- Authenticating & collecting daily production reports.
- Following up on production department emails and phone calls.
- Managing and deputing activities in case of leaves of any supervisors.
- Keeping accountability of all deputed activities to responsible persons on the packaging shop floor.
- Coordinating with sales, production, and QC for local/exports orders.
- Managing manpower utilization.
- Managing online samples to QC/parties as and when required.
- Performing activities as required by management.
- Keeping vigilance and record of each material movement in the packaging plant.
- Preparing, maintaining, and updating the MIS on a regular basis.
- Checking and authenticating stock entries in the system.
- Entering production data in the system as per guidelines.
- Adhering to the standards as per management guidelines.
- Managing data feeding in the system as per production reports.
- Performing activities as required by management.
- Preparing and verifying breakdown & preventive maintenance data.
