Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and production of various pastries, brownies, and bread.
  • Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency in quality and taste.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen area.
  • Monitor ingredient freshness and ensure the proper storage of bakery goods.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new recipes and menu items.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Participate in daily kitchen operations, including stock management and inventory checks.
  • Decorate pastries and cakes with a focus on precision and creativity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bakery/Pastry Chef.
  • A degree in Culinary Arts.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and cake decoration.
  • Creativity with flavors and presentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to hygiene and attention to detail.
